Ronald Bayer, is a trainee of Barista PRO who was already working as a barista, but wanted to improve his technique and knowledge before opening his own coffee house! He had a different background, but learning “the italian way” of making coffee will help him be different from any Starbuck’s in the neighborhood. Ronald completed our Coffee & Latte Art course.


“I didn’t know anything about being a barista, and now I know a lot!” That’s the very straight witness of our trainee Sylvia Joy Beringhoff. She had to learn all the basics from zero, but came to the end of the program of the Barista PRO course being able to work in confidence with a professional coffee machine.

Rezha Syaf came from Indonesia to follow Barista PRO courses in Rome, Italy. His target was to become  a professional barista in his own country, so he wanted to learn our Italian style of working with coffee in order to get the best preparation he could gain during his time in Europe.

“I think Tiziano is a genius coach!” That’s the witness Nasrou gave of his Italian Trainer right at the end of the program he followed in Berlin, Germany. Nasrou is a trainee who wanted to learn everything on how to work as a barista. He completed the Coffee & Latte Art course of Barista PRO.


Witness of Renato Tonelli, an american trainee with Italian family roots who knew ZERO about working as a barista, and needed to learn all the basics before starting a new career in this field. He completed the Coffee & Latte Art course of Barista PRO, the Coffee Academy.
